Refund policy

1. Return & Exchange Policy ⭐

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Smoke-free
    • Fragrance-free
    • Original tags attached
  • Customer pays return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once inspected.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale/Clearance items
  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)
  • Candles
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Preorder cancellations after the order has been placed with your supplier

2. Shipping Policy

Include:

  • In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Preorders take approximately 2–3 weeks before shipping.
  • Orders containing preorder items ship together.
  • Tracking information is emailed once shipped.
  • Local pickup customers receive an email when their order is ready.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.


4. Lost Packages

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, Skyka Boutique is not responsible for delays or lost packages. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS first. We will gladly assist however we can.


5. Size Disclaimer

Please review the size chart before ordering. Due to differences in manufacturers and personal fit preferences, sizing may vary.
